Steadfast Hop Farm

Steadfast Hop Farm Hi all! This is a family operated hop farm created by two beer enthusiasts. Our names are Clint Wilkerson and Rachelle Smith. vacuum-sealed packages.

As our passion for craft beer grew, we dreamt of creating a hop farm to benefit local breweries, homebrewers, and ourselves. The hop farm is on a quarter acre in Valley Center, and consists of an 18-foot trellis system, roughly 500 plants, and 8 varieties. (*see photos)

All of our hops are dried in our own hop-dryer until they reach the correct moisture level for packaging. To ensure quality, o

ur hops are tested for alpha-acid percentage by the Organic Chemistry Department at CSU San Marcos. Currently, our hops are available in 2 oz. We call them Hop Grenades!
