I have been going to Lake Sacajawea for decades now. I have also been walking and taking photos for about 3 years or so. It amazes me how I can still see and capture new things. This is certainly a first for me! Captured this albino nutria last Sunday morning. I originally thought it was blind but I think it just has light sensitivity because of the albinism and had its eyes closed or squinted.

Some "wildlife" I captured at Lake Sacajawea last Saturday. 😂🥰 It's an Australian Shepard and Corgi mix. ❤️🥰 Apparently they are called Auggies. If you have one, I'd love to see it! What other unusual dog breeds does everyone have? I have a Chug, Chihuahua and Pug mix. Photo in the comments.

First time I've ever been able to capture a Cedar Waxwing and it came with a sad story of an unlucky dragonfly. I watched a dragonfly fly over my head and towards a tree. I was waiting to see if it landed so I could go get a photo of it. The second it touched the tree, this Cedar Waxwing came out of nowhere and snatched it up. It took me a second to realize what happened, but I got a couple decent shots. I didn't have time to think and adjust the shutter speed, so it was slower than I wanted on the first photo. I think this is the first time I ever remember seeing one in person.
