Just a friendly reminder, I am booked until the first week of December, and my remaining dates are filling up FAST! If you’ve been thinking about booking a session, now is the time to reach out and secure your date.

🎄 CHRISTMAS MINIS ARE COMING! 🎄
I originally wasn’t planning on offering Christmas minis this year, but I decided last minute to make it happen! 🥹❤️ Details and booking information will be announced in a couple of weeks. They will take place the weekend of December 12th, with a 1-week turnaround for your photos!

I truly cannot express how blessed and thankful I am for all the love and support. I have been booked every single week or weekend since September, and I don’t take a single bit of it for granted. 🫶🏼✨ (taking this weekend off for a much needed break & it’s my man’s birthday weekend)

With that being said, I kindly ask for a little patience as I work through editing galleries and responding to messages. I promise I’m working hard behind the scenes to get everything done while still giving your photos the love and attention they deserve. 🤍

These sweet boys had just woken up from a quick nap and were not having it when we started taking photos. We ended up taking a little walk and got them up a bit and they were ready and smiling by the end of our session. I take a lot of pride in being patient with our little ones. My job is to always make them feel comfortable and happy along with mom/dad.

Hi friends!
I wanted to take the time to make a post for a quick reminder of how things will go/work when deciding to book.🤍 When you book with NBP, you’re not just paying for the time we spend taking photos. You’re investing in the planning, preparation, shooting, culling, detailed editing, communication, and everything that happens in between & behind the scenes to deliver your final gallery.

SECURING YOUR SESSION
To officially secure your date and time, a non-refundable 25% deposit of your session total is required, along with a signed contract. Your session is not considered officially booked and won't be on my calendar until both have been completed.

LOCATION FEES
Some locations may require an additional fee, permit, admission, or travel charge. If your desired location has a fee associated with it, that cost is separate from your session price and will be communicated to you beforehand. Any travel after Victoria city limits will be extra.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
Once your session is over, the work continues. Every image has to be reviewed and carefully selected(we call this culling) before the editing process begins. Editing takes time because I want to make sure your images are thoughtfully and intentionally finished—not rushed. My turnaround time is usually about 2-3 weeks but will always be communicated if I get them done sooner or am running behind. Most sessions get a couple sneak peeks sent, those are not your finals. They're just a few images sent to get you excited and looking forward to your finished gallery.
Depending on the session, the entire process can take many hours beyond the time we spend together shooting. Your final gallery will be sent through email with a link for you to download in full resolution. I recommend you download on a computer to back up your photos, not just on your phone.

PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING BUSY SEASON
The “Ber” months (September–December) are an especially busy season for photographers. We have countless sessions starting with families, holidays, seniors, couples, events, and many other sessions filling calendars. Because of that, please allow a little extra time for responses to messages and inquiries. I promise that every message is important, and I’m doing my best to give each client the time and attention they deserve.

Photography is an art, a business, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work not everyone sees. When you book with me, you’re not just paying for pictures—you’re investing in the time, creativity, experience, and care that goes into creating them. 📸
