There’s something humbling about standing in front of a tiger. It is strength resting in stillness and confidence without noise… and yes, even with his tongue out just a little. That tiny detail made this powerful presence feel unexpectedly playful. Today was a reminder that beauty doesn’t always roar… sometimes it simply exists.🐅😍

"Faith, Fractured"
While walking through the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in D.C., I came across this haunting display , " Fragments of desecrated Torah scrolls, salvaged from the wreckage of Kristallnacht in 1938"
As a photographer, I’m often drawn to silence , the kind that speaks louder than words. These torn pages, once part of sacred texts, carry the weight of a thousand voices, prayers, and memories. Capturing them felt like freezing a moment of resilience , a quiet defiance against erasure. This image isn’t just about loss. It’s about survival, memory, and the enduring power of faith even in the face of unimaginable hatred.

"The Tree of Light"
As a photographer, I used to think I was the one doing the capturing. But standing beneath this ancient oak, light threading through its limbs, I realized, nature doesn’t pose, it invites.
The way the lanterns swayed, not for my lens but for the breeze. The way shadows played across the benches, as if rehearsing an old memory. All I could do was listen. Frame the silence and honor the stillness that spoke louder than any shutter.
Out here, I don’t take photos, I receive them.

“Lost in the Moment”
I took this shot on a quiet afternoon, no planning, no setup. Just a musician, his banjo, and a feeling I couldn’t ignore. Moments like this remind me why I carry a camera: to freeze the kind of honesty that can’t be posed.

"Rise"
I looked up through my lens and felt small in the best way.
Photographing the Washington Monument from this angle reminded me why perspective matters, not just in photography, but in life.
Monuments are meant to make us look up. And sometimes, so is the art of capturing them.

"Moments of Peace and Wisdom"

Three Buddhist monks stand together, radiating serenity and joy at a vibrant cultural gathering. Their presence is a powerful reminder of simplicity, compassion, and spiritual unity. Amid the colorful energy of the celebration behind them, they embody the calm at the heart of it all. A beautiful capture of tradition, friendship, and mindful living.

In this photo, you see the rough wooden bunks where men slept during the Holocaust.
Crammed together, with little space and no comfort, these beds show the harsh reality they lived through.
Each empty space tells a story of suffering, survival, and lost humanity.
