We can never fully prepare for the day we must say good bye. Whether it's a move, a death of in the family or deeply loved friendships nothing can truly prepare us for how we will react when the last goodbye comes. As many of you already know, the last goodbye visited me early this year with the loss of my mom. Though it was diagnosed, and expected, it still hit in ways that still surprise me and completely put life, and career, on pause.
I told myself "I'm strong" I'll make it through and get back at it quickly. But I wasn't prepared for the deep and raw emotions that would soon interrupt every plan I had laid. The grief stopping me in my tracks, followed by multiple trips back to Oregon as I learned to navigate new roles in the family moving through the estate.
I am so thankful for the community I have been building here. The calls, the private messages, and condolences while out in the community are greatly appreciated. The patience and grace you all have shown me will not soon be forgotten! Thank you!
It is with a healing heart and great excitement I announce that effective July 1st TwiggyBlu Images will once again be accepting session appointments! Until then, here's a little peek of an impromptu farewell session completed just before some of my favorite 'models' moved away!
