The Thin Blue Lens

The Thin Blue Lens Just a cop on the job since 2000 who lets his camera serve as his therapy. I’m no pro. Oh, and I relocate snakes.

Just like using my camera to create art that I, and hopefully others, like.

Ever seen a rattlesnake when they yawn?

It’s not generally believed to be a yawn like we do when we’re tired. This snake had been in my snake tote for a few hours so most likely just a good stretch.

Our Hentz Orb Weaver has been pretty busy and putting a sign out has kept visitors from accidentally walking in to it. Took like 10 pics trying to get a decent pic of the web.

Our family lost one of our beloved pets, our Bearded Dragon Kaida, a little over a week ago. We hated having a 120 gallon enclosure empty so we got this little guy who is mending our hearts a little each day. Looking like the little kid that finally gets to sit at the adult table at Thanksgiving.

We tried some plain pecans and walnuts yesterday too and she seemed to like them.

Yeah, that’s a big no. I know I relocate snakes so I get the whole “your fear is a little overblown” idea, but this is why I won’t get in the water lol. He’s got another clip from when he surfaces and him and his buddies are super calm lol

Will she or won’t she?

Like and follow for more if you like my vids/pics!

Popped up in my memories yesterday, from a year ago. Still the most defensive atrox I’ve relocated. Once I went to take pics after, it was completely chill. Safely relocated.

Have a big visitor set up shop under our front porch light fixture. I put a sign out to warn delivery drivers so they didn’t walk face first in to the web, but of course they did so now she’s redoing it. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I believe this is:
