Week 3 of “A Spectrum of Solace” continues with a pair of collectors who together purchased the most-discussed piece in the show on Sunday, 28-Dec.

I congratulate & thank them. They’ve made a strong, smart decision, and I hope their new piece brings them joy & delight for decades.

You can join them!

The exhibition runs until 05-Jan-2026 at Old Soul Co.’s 40 Acres Cafe, 3434 Broadway, Oak Park, Sacramento.

Visit and experience the work daily from 6:30 am to 5 pm. Grab a coffee & contemplate the imagery.

Purchasing art can be daunting, or even difficult. If you’d like the stories of the prints, schedule a consultation/meetup via Messenger, or RSVP on my site.

These aren’t high-pressure sales events; they offer you the opportunity to vibe with the images & the photographer, & learn how the images were created. Bring your friends!

Limited online consultations are available, too.

Wherever you are, please like & share this post.

April “Pink” full moon. Named because moss pink phlox flowers start blooming now. There’s also this:

| Alternative April full moon names also have strong seasonal associations. The Tlingit and Oglala people refer to this full moon as the "Budding Moon of Plants and Shrubs" and the "Moon of the Red Grass Appearing" respectively, with these names also referencing the bloom of plant life. Other seasonal names refer to other springtime phenomena that would have been significant to Native Americans like the thawing of winter ice allowing increased mobility. The Algonquin people refer to the April full moon as the "Breaking Ice Moon" and the Dakota tradition gives it the moniker "Moon When the Streams Are Again Navigable." |
