Pregnancy, birth, postpartum… the quiet moments no one talks about are the hardest.
🤰🏼It’s almost like the concept of “learning the hard way” except the “hard way” is accompanied by hormone fluctuations, emotions that go from one extreme to the next, interrupted sleep, and an infant.
👶🏼 It broke my heart to know that there were
& are moms that don’t have a clue until they are in the thick of it. I was 9 months postpartum myself when I knew I couldn’t let the quiet moments go unheard.
