We said rain or shine… and it RAINED. ☔️ We played umbrella roulette as we switched up who was in front of the lens, and they even covered me! Such kindness and love during yesterday’s shoot!
I have had the privilege of knowing the Lancaster family through hockey, our oldest boys have played together on many teams through the years up here in Alaska. My daughter and their youngest also play in the same age group, so we’re crossing paths quite often during hockey season. I am so grateful for the “team family” time that I have had with them at the rink and various hockey events over the years, even if we’re rooting for opposite teams.
And yes, it rained, but the laughs were abundant and the love was constant. Everyone was a great sport about it – especially since we know family and especially senior pictures are all for Mom. ❤️
My job is the capture the moments and memories of our shoot into photos that you didn’t know you needed. I think we got the job done. 📷
Michelle and Clint – your kids are rockstars and it’s no coincidence, you’re both phenomenal humans. Riley, Regan, and Reece – you guys are crushing it! Straight A’s from all of them this year! It’s been a pleasure seeing you all grow into wonderful, respectful people. Most of all - congratulations on 25 years together! 🥰
Reece – 14 years old and a heart full of family and hockey. 🏒You’re a rockstar on the ice, in the classroom, such a kind and silly soul. Thank you for putting up with the rainy shoot with a smile on your face. Kind, resilient and completely yourself.
Riley - Watching you grow into such an accomplished young woman has been a joy. Your parents are not one to shy away from how proud they are of you. You've overachieved in both high school and college, but what stands out even more is your heart. I see your mom's sweet smile in you, your dad's spirit, and the way your whole family can't help but laugh together. You're always up for an adventure, effortlessly cute, and it's obvious how much you cherish your family.
We definitely missed your boyfriend this time... but we'll have to sneak you two in front of my camera soon. 🤍
Regan - I've had the privilege of watching you grow up since you and Roman shared the ice back in 12U hockey, and it's been so fun seeing the kind, respectful, and hard-working young man you’ve become. This August you’re heading back to Maryland for another season, and I know you’ll be missed—by your family, your old teammates, and everyone lucky enough to know you. I loved our on-ice photoshoot a few weeks ago and I can’t wait to highlight some of those photos here soon!
Kenzie – She fit right in with this crew. She's as kind as they come, always wearing that beautiful smile, and getting ready to head off to college herself. Between the constant laughter and the way these two look at each other, it was impossible not to smile behind the camera.
Wishing you both an incredible year ahead. Keep chasing your dreams... and don't forget to make time for each other. 🤍🏒
