Northern Hawk Owl in flight. 🪽

While I’m not usually a fan of photographing against a blue sky, I’ve really grown quite fond of Northern Hawk Owls. So, there was no way I was passing up this opportunity. These owls have such incredible personalities, and they’re always a joy to photograph! ❤️

Hello little lifer! The American Pipit (a young one).

This little guy has eluded me for quite some time since they prefer the tundra and higher elevations. Finding one means I have to put my thick thighs to work on those steep hikes. 😂
