Hey Kennebec County busness owners! (State/City Property managers as-well)
I’m testing interest in offering 360° virtual tours for local businesses before fully committing to starting my business. If you’ve seen me around with my camera on a stick (probably rocking my “Property of Fort Knox” sweater 😂), that’s me!
A 360° tour is an awesome way for customers to explore your space virtually before they visit—perfect for shops, salons, offices, and more.
What I offer:
• High-quality 360° photos using my Insta360 ONE X2 camera
• Full virtual tour creation (hosted online or posted to Google Maps, if I figure that out)
• Great for websites, social media, and Google listings
• Minimal disruption with quick setup and turnaround
• You’ll get the files to use however you like!
Bonus service (no charge):
I can easily add parking lots, driveways, and walkways to Google Street View as a contributor at no cost to you. This service doesn’t have to be paired with the paid virtual tour, but it can be if you want!
Base price: $100
Debut deal: $50 for my first few clients while I build my portfolio!
Pro bono deal: I’m offering free virtual tours for historic sites and publicly owned spaces (like public state/city offices, parks, public colleges, trails, etc.) that don’t receive typical business income. If you’re unsure if your location qualifies, just let me know—I’d love to help showcase these important spaces to the community!
To put it into perspective, local photographers charge $200–$300+ for similar services, but I’m keeping my prices low for now while I gauge interest and because, well, I’m a nice person 😊.
