When my wife and I started this company I felt from the Lord that we were to focus on working with non-profits and weddings. I've been able to shoot some pretty special stuff but I wanted to highlight this photo.
I was working with an organization called Furnishing Families of Texas. They're a non-profit that gives furniture to families who otherwise couldn't afford to get it. While shooting one of their furniture drop-offs I met this gentleman who needed furniture for his 3 daughters that were about to come live with him. His life has completely been flipped from being single to raising 3 children and trying to do right by them.
This photo was his realization that his home went from bare to completely furnished with beds and couches and even a kitchen table. One less thing he has to worry about. Furniture doesn't sound like a big deal when it comes to non-profits, but this man's life was changed all because of someone's donation.
