Sometimes the story isn't the whole room.

It's the one thing left sitting quietly in the corner of it.

An old hymnal. A worn pew. Light falling across wood that has held more people and more stories than we'll ever know.

I think that's one of the reasons I love photography so much. I notice the little things—the things that might otherwise be walked right past.

Yesterday I went location scouting…and now I need you to picture something.

What if THIS was where you got married on Halloween?

Under a massive oak dripping in Spanish moss?

Inside a historic Pioneer-era church?

Beneath a rustic gazebo surrounded by trees?

And afterward, we wander the property together creating your first portraits as a married couple among historic homes, weathered wood, porches and old Florida scenery.
