Had a blast at the 2026 Chennault Aviation & Military Museum Red, White & Blue Air Show! More than a thousand people showed up and this was the first year that they had a patriotic drone show set to music.

Had the chance to meet some great people at the air show: A motorcyclist who goes all over the country visiting air shows.. A twenty year Air Force veteran who was in media / photography specialist who gave me some Pro tips about my camera settings and technique. Check Will out

A guy who works for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and multiple others told me the Barksdale Air Force Base air show in Shreveport (happening in March) is well worth it. It features the Navy Blue Angels and Air Force Thunderbirds and LIVE explosives simulating bombing. (Ear protection during this one was recommended).

Certainly HUGE thank you to all the sponsors and volunteers who worked it as well as the TSA agents making us safe, and the awesome military personnel on hand. This included helicopter pilots and crew chiefs.

I HIGHLY recommend attending the annual event.
