****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT****
I've spent a lot of time this past year in prayer and searching for where God wants to take me and how I can best serve Him during this chapter of my life. Many of you have seen this coming, but it's time for me to officially announce that Mike and I are closing the business.
Photography is a part of me and always will be. I will always be grateful that this company gave me an opportunity to explore my creativity and grow as an artist, while allowing me to be home with my children while they are young. I'll never really leave photography behind, but this chapter of my life is coming to a close.
God has really placed ministry on my heart. I feel like my place right now is with these kids....developing them, teaching them, and fostering relationships with them. I have been serving as the Children's Director at Revolution Church for the past couple years in a volunteer role, and I am so thrilled to announce that I will be joining the staff in a paid role.
I am so grateful to all of the incredible clients that we have met along this journey. So many of you have become lifelong friends. We learned so much from you about what real love and perseverance looks like. Your stories have inspired me in ways that I never expected! I've stood alongside your families and cried as I watched you walk down the aisle and dance with your father. I've followed your journeys through the first years of marriage, growing your families, and losing loved ones. I've watched babies that I photographed grow into the most incredible little people! I've followed my seniors as they pursued their dreams and set out to change the world! You all have enriched my life, and I cannot say thank you enough!!!
For now, we plan to complete the shoots and weddings that we have on the calendar through 2017, but we will not be accepting new bookings or contracts.
Thanks to everyone for the support through years and encouragement as we start a new chapter in our lives!
