Motherhood is made up of a thousand little moments… From the first time you get to hold a tiny hand, laughter (and let’s be honest… TEARS!) in the kitchen, quiet snuggles, muddy paws, a whole lot of chaos, and the kind of love that changes everything. Getting to preserve those moments is one of the greatest honors of what I do every single day.

Today, we’re celebrating all kinds of motherhood—the moms in the thick of raising babies, the ones guiding grown children, the bonus moms, the hopeful moms, and YES, the dog moms too. 💛

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who love deeply, give endlessly, and make home feel like home.

And if you’ve been meaning to get in the frame with the people (or pups) you love most, this is your reminder: don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Those ordinary moments are the ones worth remembering. Mini sessions are coming soon, and I’d love to help you capture yours.

Hello, my friends! If you've noticed how quiet I've been on here, it's because I needed to take a break to focus on some major self-care. It's been a hard few months, with the most recent challenge being the loss of my grandma. But sometimes, stepping away from everything to prioritize yourself can be the best medicine. It can remind you of what — and who — is most important. And in my case, it helped me walk back into my work feeling more motivated than ever, because I'm remembering my strength and value. As it turns out, it shows.

Becca and Lucas got married this weekend, and it was such an honor to walk into Abe and Jake's Landing on Saturday and to see these photos lining the walls of their wedding venue. I always credit a wonderful shoot to my couples and families, because, let's be honest, I wouldn't be here if it weren't for all of you. But it really does feel good to have numerous people tell you how stunning the photos are, that it's some of your best work, and that the winter break must have done wonders for rejuvenation.

So here I am. I'm back, feeling like I can overcome anything. And reminding myself that I am once again grateful for having the life I've always dreamed of, a career I love, and the ability to share in all of your happiest memories. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story. ❤️

I know parenthood is hard, but behind my lens, it looks so beautiful. This was a spring session I had the pleasure of shooting with Rhianna and her boys, and looking back at it gets me so excited to let you in on a little secret...
