VOLUNTEER PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED 📸 Calling all professional photographers: We are looking for volunteer photographers throughout the state to help with our Family Photo Mini-Sessions over the next few months. This will entail a two-hour commitment, where five DSA families receive a 20-minute portrait session.

These sessions help us give back to families by providing some photos they will cherish, as well as create content for DSADE materials like our Annual Report, social media, brochures, and more.

This year I wanted to do something a little different. Instead of my full Holiday Mini sessions, I’m partnering with Fairwinds Christian School for their Christmas Village Vendor Fair and offering pop-up holiday minis at a significantly reduced rate for one day only.

I know the holidays can be a lot, gifts, events, travel, school activities, and sometimes professional photos end up being the thing families skip because the price just doesn’t fit the moment. So consider this my way of making it a little easier.

These minis are quick, affordable, and still give you beautiful, high-quality images you can use for cards, prints, gifts, or just to document your family as they are right now. Same eye, same quality … just more accessible.

Y’all… my best friend is a fiancée. 🤍💍



This wasn’t just a shoot, this .. this was a full-circle moment. From FaceTime calls to real-life forever, I’ve watched this love grow from the inside. Being the one to capture it? Whew. That’s the kind of assignment you take personal.

We pushed through the heat, the hunger, the outfit changes, and the walking but it was so worth it because every single location told a part of their story. Georgetown brought the charm, the Library of Congress gave elegance, and Chinatown? That was the fun, bold energy we didn’t know we needed.

Stephanie, you were glowing. Tommy, you held it down like a future husband should. Together? Y’all gave love, joy, romance, and luxury. And me? I brought the vision and the eye and together we created magic.

I’m so proud of what we did. Not just as your photographer, but as your friend. This was storytelling. This was legacy.
