Welp, we've landed in Wi******er! After a difficult 12 hour move, I'm slowly getting all the networking done and computers up and running. Inventory is being taken and batteries are charging, ready to see the smells and hear the sights of a new place. Excited to see what the area has to offer!
First stop? Well you know I have to fly a drone out at the Shire (rt.17 at Sky Meadows)! That view is TOO good!

Pardon our dust (and lack of posting)! If you haven't already heard through our email blasts, we are moving shop to Wi******er in January. PSA: According to FAA regulations, liability for unlicensed arial operations (drone flights) can be imposed upon both the drone operator AND the party responsible for hiring said operator. Fines can rise to pretty hefty amounts for the hiree and can theoretically be imposed upon realtors, small business owners and individuals who hire said unlicensed operators.

If you happen to be a realtor, you may not only face federal fines but also sanctions from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), who have stressed over and over in recent years to ONLY use professional licensed drone pilots.

Drones are not toys. They are aircraft that operate in the same airspace as helicopters and light aircraft. Knowing the laws (or hiring those that are) ensures safe operation and a successful shoot.
