Today the National Park Service turns 110! 110 years of protecting Americas most treasured natural spaces and historic sites. The current administration is considering selling these places to private firms. These places are not for sale and even considering selling them is anti American and treasonous at its very core. These places are more than just unpaved roads or potential data center locations or lumber yards. They are pristine habitats meant for preserving the beauty of the country for ALL Americans. Vote. Call your representatives. Pressure those in power to keep these lands wild and available for everyone to enjoy.

Grizzly 136 aka Split Lip. The Boss’s son. Nepotism is not present in the wild. His father gave him the scar in a territorial dispute in the Bow Valley in Banff National Park. The Boss got his name for a reason. And gave Grizzly 136 a name of his own.

Why’d you watch the whole thing? You can’t pet the grizzlies. They are not for petting. For viewing only. There have been a lot of bear and other animals incidents in the news lately.
