What it’s like working with Align ✨
1. Inquiry
The client reaches out through DM, email, website, or referral.
This is where I learn the basics:
what they do, what they need, what feels misaligned, and what kind of brand they’re trying to build.
2. Discovery Form
Before anything visual begins, the client completes a questionnaire.
This helps uncover:
their goals, audience, offers, brand challenges, desired perception, timeline, and overall vision.
3. Brand Audit + Research
I review the current brand presence, visuals, messaging, website, social media, and competitors.
This stage helps identify:
what’s working, what’s weakening the brand, where the market is positioned, and what opportunities exist for elevation.
4. Consultation + Strategy Direction
We meet to discuss the findings and clarify the next direction.
This is where we align on:
brand goals, positioning, audience perception, creative direction, and the best package or next step.
5. Booking + Onboarding
Once the project is approved, the client receives the proposal, invoice, contract, and client portal.
This stage sets the foundation with:
timeline, expectations, deliverables, communication, and project structure.
6. Creative Foundation
Before designing, I define the strategic direction.
This includes:
moodboard, color direction, typography direction, brand keywords, visual references, and overall brand feeling.
7. Visual Identity Development
This is where the brand begins to take shape visually.
I work on:
logo suite, typography, color palette, supporting elements, layout direction, mockups, and brand applications.
8. Presentation + Refinement
The brand is presented in a polished client deck.
Then we refine:
details, spacing, colors, typography, mockups, and any included revision rounds until the identity feels aligned.
9. Final Delivery
Once approved, the final brand assets are organized and delivered.
The client receives:
logo files, color codes, typography details, brand guidelines, Canva links/templates if included, and final mockups.
