If you're engaged and planning an Atlanta wedding- remember that your day doesn't have to fit anyone else's timeline or traditions. ✨

G + D wanted an intimate ceremony, and a separate celebration with a completely different feel, so they turned their wedding into a beautiful weekend experience.

They exchanged vows surrounded by the beauty of the Atlanta Botanical Garden, before gathering with family and friends for a laid-back celebration at Wrecking Bar Brewpub the next day.

Spreading everything across two days gave them the space to slow down, soak it all in, and truly enjoy each moment.

My favorite part was watching them walk hand in hand through the gardens just before the ceremony. The flowers were in full bloom, her veil danced in the breeze, and the joy between them was impossible to miss. As an Atlanta wedding photographer, this wedding was such a joy to capture!

K + D’s wedding at The Barn at Rancho Deluxe was filled with so much joy. 🤍

My favorite part of the day was their first look. The bride peeked around the corner to see her groom, a huge grin spreading across her face as she tiptoed up behind him and tapped him on the arm. His smile was just as big as he turned around and they locked eyes. The look on both of their faces was this giddy, happy, “we made it!” kind of joy.

Their wedding day was full of soft neutrals, eucalyptus details, California hills, and so much love. It was such an honor to document this beautiful chapter of their story.

From the moment K + D stepped out of the car for their engagement session, it was obvious how much they genuinely enjoy being together. 

So much laughter, so much joy, and one of the most magical golden hours I’ve seen in a long time.

If their wedding day is anything like this evening, it’s going to be something truly special. ✨
