The night can be honest in ways the daytime cannot.
Have you sat with the stillness of yourself to listen lately?

This is such an important lesson and one many avoid. Listening to the quiet is where we can find so many answers we seek.

So, if you are avoiding stillness and seeking chaos…ask yourself “what is it that I do not want to face?”

I hope today you find the courage and strength that you ALREADY HOLD to listen to yourself. 🫶
