Nick Eaton is the founder and lead photographer of Life In Focus, a New England–based wedding photography brand known for timeless, true-to-color imagery and honest storytelling. With over a decade of experience behind the camera, Nick has photographed hundreds of weddings across Maine, New England,
and destinations worldwide. Nick founded Life In Focus in 2017 at just 23 years old, building the business from the ground up while working multiple jobs. By 2018, Life In Focus became his full-time focus. Since beginning his career in 2013, Nick has documented approximately 300 weddings, earning a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a calm, unobtrusive presence on wedding days. His work has been recognized by WeddingWire and The Knot, featured in The New York Times, and shared by Armani on social media. One of Nick’s films was displayed aboard the International Space Station, and a surf film he produced received international coverage across multiple publications. Beyond weddings, Nick has traveled globally, capturing documentary and commercial stories from China to Hawaii. He believes the most meaningful images come from genuine moments rather than forced poses, allowing couples to fully experience their day while he quietly documents it as it unfolds. His work is rooted in consistency, emotional depth, and an appreciation for natural light and place, particularly the coastal landscapes of New England.
