Lucy Alexandra Howson is a British Artist who has been passionately working within the fields of Creative Education, Photography, Brand Ideation & Creation, Events Management & Experiential Art for over a decade. As a survivor of rape, sexual and physical abuse stemming from childhood, she suffered through 20 years of unrealized PTSD & depression which manifested within several unhealthy patterns
of addiction. She has come a long way since the beginnings of her personal transformation & healing which began back in 2015. Since healing she has been using her experiences to help others through creating artistic pieces in a variety of media, including song writing, to help break the silence for many victims to find their own voices and truths, and to encourage them to embark on their own healing journeys. LAH is co-director of 812 Studio VN with her husband Nguyễn Hiều Liêm. Their studio focuses on Conscious Creative Collaborations with local and international artists & organisations on a wide-range of projects. LAH has served as an active member within the Vietnamese Live Music and Contemporary Arts Scenes since Jan 2013, as a performer, poet & exhibiting Artist. LAH works behind the scenes as a sound designer, song writer, voice talent, vocal coach and producer. LAH is in her second year of studying vibrational healing with a master of Chuông Xoay, is undertaking certificates in CBT counseling & positive psychology. LAH has an interest in pursuing a future in Ayurvedic and expressive therapies, especially focusing on the concept of “food as medicine.”
