Pema wangel 31 years Old monk played the role of key dancer or Toswo for this year during the Tiji festival . He is regarded as the deity of Dorje Shunu ,who slays the demon and wards off all evil .The key dancer is chosen from monks of lomanthang ‘s c***e monastery based on their seniority and ranking . Before he executes the dance itself, he must go on a 3 months solitary retreat, remaining isolation in the monastery so that he can prepare his mind and soul and purifies himself while receiving the Dorje Shunu mantras.

Thank you everyone for concern about me during this hard time here we got in Kathmandu , I am just back from Uppper mustang trip with . Here are few glimpse of trip , we had beautiful weather there and this time we went to very remote places like chozong gonpa and Amkha more in the east away from road and human settlement.
