Its been a while since I have shared photos on here. Donnie Dorsey and I recently went to Tahiti and visited the island of Moorea. I highly recommend going if you ever have the chance. This is just a few of what I took on our trip...still going through most of them. Enjoy!

Its been a hot minute since I posted something here.

Last week was my birthday and to celebrate my husband took me on a mini vacation to Austin, TX. I had a wonderful time but unfortunately did not get to visit family members on this trip. The trip was way to short and we are not fully vaccinated. We will be planning another trip later in the year when things resume back to normal.

I did on this trip get a couple of my wishes fulfilled...drink Texas wine and see bluebonnets! Here are just a couple of pictures of our adventures.

While I love B+W photos, for the photos I take I tend to gravitate towards more colorful shots.

Last summer we went to Goblin Valley State Park in Utah, and hiked through one of the slot canyon trails. It was quite the experience! As I go through these photos I have decided most look better in black and white.

Below is a shot of Aidan (my son) leading the way on our hike. While in color the shot is still cool, I think it looks more dramatic in black and white. :)

It is finally warming up here in Erie, CO. Can't wait for hikes in the mountains this summer. I foresee many pictures of wildflowers and mountains in my feed soon!
