The love of the game.

Grayson’s life has revolved around the love of the game since he was four. That was when he started playing soccer. When his high school football team needed a kicker, he stepped in - it may not have been his sport but he sure knew how to kick. His love of the game made it easy to add on another sport. His team could always count on him just like he counted on them. His high school years were spent playing sports year round where he excelled from JV to varsity teams.

During our session, Grayson told me he’s only ever missed 2 field goals in his life. Ironically, he missed one that day but we’re definitely blaming the cowboy boots (c’mon mom!). He, of course, tried again and made it, just required a little extra effort due to inhospitable work conditions -> boots

Engagement season is so fun!

Where to begin with this one! The ring, the champagne label, the shoes, the champagne pop (I may have got a little wet this time - NO REGRETS), the dress, the warms tones bouncing off that wall onto their skin when the light hit just right, and finally the subtle balance of navy in his suit… I meannnn🤌🏻

We love a good fit check ‘round here & I loved the tones of Aiden and Thomas’ outfits for their engagement session.

An engagement session should be more than just photos - it’s an opportunity to get to know your wedding photographer & how they shoot & direct. In my humblest opinion, engagement sessions should be fun! You should leave feeling more connected to your partner and more comfortable being yourself in front of a camera.

Since we’re almost to their one year anniversary, I’ve found myself thinking of Sarah and Daniel’s intimate wedding. It was quiet, quaint, and so full love as they were surrounded by the people they held most dear.

The petals that were passed out to toss as they exited their celebration were from all the roses Daniel had gifted Sarah over their time together. As a romance lovvveeerrr - I melt 🥹
