Strange day yesterday, almost never went out. Mist and fog rolling in from the coast shrouding Roseberry Topping, visible from Great Ayton but not from Newton under Roseberry. This image was shot from Gribdale and makes for a nice mono conversion. Right place right time.

I’m quite pleased with the outcome given the conditions - wind buffeting the camera. A few adjustments to get the final image. A couple of ghost outlines on the pier caused by people standing still too long 😬 but doesn’t stand out too badly. Please like and share. Thanks for looking.

Lovely walk on Wednesday up to High Force even though the weather was a little grim. It brightened up for while. I was shocked at how much rubbish had been dumped along the southern path...barbecues, bags, bottles etc. Going back today to do a litter pic.
