Some moments deserve more than color.

These photos earned a black & white recognition because you can truly feel the emotion behind every frame — the hustle, the pressure, the determination, and that feeling of “your team is counting on you.”

No distractions. Just raw emotion, grit, and the love of the game. ⚾🖤

Toddlers are quickly becoming one of my favorite ages to photograph. 🤍

Their little personalities, endless curiosity, goofy smiles, and tiny moments in between make every session so special. You can’t always predict what they’ll do next—and honestly, that’s where the magic happens.

The candid laughs, the messy moments, the running around, the little hand squeezes… those are the memories worth capturing. ✨

This photo session is filled with emotion and the powerful love only a mother can give. As I worked through these images, I kept getting the image of a lioness protecting her cubs. Through a mother’s eyes, you can see the fierceness, strength, and unconditional love she carries for her boys.

A protector. A safe place. A shield against anything life may throw their way.

Last week’s session with Rux was one of those shoots that reminds me why I love being behind the camera. From the lighting to the energy in every shot, everything just came together naturally.

One thing I always focus on during sessions is creating photos that feel genuine—not overly posed, just real moments and personality captured in the frame. Rux absolutely delivered.

Here’s a small look into last week’s session 📸

Challenge accepted. 📸✨

A quick session, a little golden light, and here’s what we captured. I’d say we delivered.

Meet Griffin, a former ONYB player!

His mom may have had to do a little convincing to get him in front of the camera, but I am so glad she did because his photos turned out amazing.

With baseball season here, it's the perfect time to celebrate the athletes who have grown through programs like ONYB and continue to make us proud. Griffin knocked this session out of the park, and I loved capturing this season of his journey.

Good luck to all the players hitting the field this season! ⚾📸

Truth be told, I couldn’t wait to get home and start editing this photo. They call it the Golden Hour for a reason.

The Bennett family is a true baseball family. Over the years, they have dedicated countless hours to their community and to helping young athletes develop a love for the game. Their impact extends far beyond the baseball field.

Thank you, Bennett family, for trusting me to capture this special moment. It was an honor to preserve a piece of your story.

Coach Appreciation Week is coming up for the Oshkosh North Youth Baseball organization and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get some more practice in with portraits while celebrating the people who give so much to our players.

From long nights at the ballpark, to practices, tournaments, and helping shape these athletes on and off the field — thank you to all of our coaches for everything you do. Your time, patience, leadership, and dedication do not go unnoticed.
