‘I struggle to photograph without an aim, and my aim whilst on Skomer Island was to build on my high-key razorbill series. Patience has always been the key to success with this series, waiting sometimes hours for moments of symmetry or unique behaviour that last only milliseconds. As ever, my patience was greatly rewarded when an isolated razorbill stretched its wings rather favourably in my direction.’

OPEN CALL for artists!
The annual Jam Factory Open Call exhibition is back. We are taking submissions now.

The Open Call Show is a large group exhibition showcasing the best that Oxfordshire artists has to offer. The show is diverse with contemporary and traditional painters, illustrators, designers, textile artists, ceramists and photographers coming together.
