Covis 19 has impacted the festival, so we are tentatively planning for 2022 for the Mermaids return! Return of the Mermaids is a Monsoon Celebration and Mermaid Parade in Downtown Tucson and Historic 4th Avenue in the heart of Downtown. Dress up as though you live under the sea and join us!
