Bad news: Porch portrait sessions have closed for the winter =(
Good news: I will have a warm weather waitlist, meaning if you’d like to take chances on a sunny and 65-70ish degree day in the midst of winter shoot an email to [email protected] with the subject “warm winter waitlist” to be put on the list. If the weekly forecast calls for a warm day - I’ll go down the list and if you’re up I’ll shoot you a text with more details. Deposit required. Love a natural light session =) Looking forward to some spur of the moment house calls!

Wet plate collodion has this magical quality to it that can never truly be explained or summed up with words. You can’t quite put your finger on it. There’s this otherworldly feel - capturing the essence of the subject. Which makes sense why historically it was thought that photographs had the ability to seal people’s souls. Either way there’s something special about the details and depth achieved with this process. It has captivated me from the moment I laid eyes on my family’s tintype heirlooms and I’ve been hooked ever since I poured my first plate. 💫

Hey y’all! I’ll be at this Saturday taking tintype portraits of you and yours. 🤠 I think this will be my 4th time doing this event and it’s by far one of my favorites!
