Did you know that it is tradition to wear your engagement ring on your right finger when you head down the aisle?

During the exchanging of the rings, the groom places the blessed ring on the left hand which is closer to the bride’s heart and then the engagement ring is placed on next to protect the sacred wedding band.

If you want to go tradition - this is your move. If you have other ideas, that works too! That’s the beauty of it being YOUR day - you can do what you want!

This feels kind of crazy to write but my 2023 calendar is booking very quickly! Hard to believe but I’m thrilled about all the new couples I’ll be able to photograph! Fun fact, my very first sip of champagne was which made me a fan for LIFE!

My friend Kristen is highlighting 12 days of bubbles right now and it’s inspiring me to do some kind of bubbles brunch situation in the future? Probably should wait until construction is complete but it sounds like a solid plan to me!

New favorite venue alert! This weekend was a dream capturing Kim and Sean at Hotel LBI] - I was near the beach, caught an epic rooftop sunset, and was served a delicious burger and fries for dinner. Let’s not forget how amazing the staff was to work with! The best part? A dream couple who were totally into the whole experience!
