Some photos that didn't make into the December-January issue of feature my reportage MILA AND “THE FALSE TOAD” - Saving a mysterious frog in Patagonia

This story follows the incredible adventure of eight-year-old Mila, a young German girl and daughter of a leading scientist of the expedition, who embarks on a thrilling journey to save one of the world's rarest amphibians—the elusive Telmatobufo venustus frog in Chile. Mila didn’t just tag along on this expedition—she actively participated in real scientific tasks like collecting eDNA samples, tracking down the rare frogs, and even helping to catch them!

Through Mila’s eyes, young readers will get to experience what it's like to be a young explorer on the front lines of conservation. This is not just a story of discovery but also a learning adventure that will inspire kids to appreciate wildlife, dream big, and understand the importance of protecting endangered species. Mila’s journey showcases the magic of science, curiosity, and the natural world—a dream come true for any budding young explorer.

It has been such an honor to walk along Mila in this adventure, which demonstrates how young people, especially young women, can give a fresh look to many  things for us "grown-ups."

A huge thanks to the wonderful editorial team of Ranger Rick for the great working environment despite so many kilometers apart and to the writer Luise Woelflein that made a great interview with Mila and her parents Josè and Pia.

A huge thank as well to Revive & Restore, who enabled me to follow their founded project about the Telmatobufo venustus, to the San Antonio Zoo , and the scientific team who welcome me and made the reportage possible.

Am 5. Dezember wurde die Fotoausstellung „Searching for Traces of Forced Labour“ eröffnet.

Definitely my fav portrait I made in Basel. A huge thanks to Sandra and Andrè for including me in their day.

I had the pleasure and honor to realize the photography for the November issue of the Magazine PETER by and be involved in the layout.
During two weeks, I had the opportunity to follow the work of the Schwarzer Peter Team around Basel and to dive deep in Basel's social reality, exploring the Thematik of "Heinsamkeit und Nähe" (Loneliness and Proximity).

A huge thanks to the team for the hospitality and for enabling me to produce such an important body of work.
The wonderful layout is by Eva-Luzia Recher to which I am grateful for rendering perfectly all my inputs inside her layout
