Some Lurani Trophy action from the Nürburgring Classic to kick start the week.

Clive Richards heads away from the Nürburgring with a double win following a pair of fine battling drives to keep Manfredo Di Rossi at bay. Rossi finishing twice in P2. The duo pulled a gap from the rest of the field in both races, but despite Rossi's best efforts, he couldn't find a way to make it past Richards and keep him at bay.
To finish out the podium was Simon Jackson, who took third in both races following problems during qualifying.

It won't be long until we're back supporting the Formula Junior Historic Racing Association again, as they'll be back in action at Brands Hatch this weekend for the inaugural London Historic Trophy. The Lurani Trophy are back racing in a few weeks at the picturesque Charade circuit where we'll be in support once again.

This weekend we’re at the Nürburgring with Formula Junior Historic Racing Association, and at the “Mini Nürburgring”, Cadwell Park, with the Historic Sports Car Club.

Asa landed in Germany yesterday and, camera in hand, spent an hour wandering around the paddock. With teams arriving and setting up, there was already plenty going on ahead of yet another busy weekend of historic motorsport!

With Motor Racing Legends ’ next event just around the corner, we’re looking back at the Royal Automobile Club Pall Mall Cup from the Donington Historic Festival for pre-’66 GT cars.

Alex Ames and Lukas Halusa took victory in the original Halusa owned Lightweight E-Type, ahead of Dominic Mooney and Connor Kay in their Lotus Elan. Kyle Tilley and Christian Albrecht completed the podium in another Elan.

This weekend Brands Hatch hosted the annual American Speedfest event. With the NASCAR Euro Series headlining the event it was once again supported by the Berries V8's, Including their yearly Ford vs Chevy race.

We, and many others, were excited to see the return of HSCCs Thundersports this weekend. The numbers were encouraging, and hopefully this hugely popular series, (particularly with fans and photographers!!) can continue its revival and get back to what it once was.

We hear it has already been added to the timetable for the Oulton Park Gold Cup, and we can’t wait to see these cars out on track again.
