Antigua Guatemala is a place that steals your breath before you even realize it. Surrounded by the mighty Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango volcanoes, the whole city feels alive you can literally see Fuego puffing in the distance like nature’s own fireworks.
This trip took me from wandering colorful cobblestone streets and centuries-old ruins to standing on a mountaintop in Hobbitenango, swinging over the clouds and stepping through whimsical hobbit doors with the most unreal panoramic views.
And the culture? Warm smiles, rich traditions, artisan markets bursting with color, and food so good you start planning your next meal before you’re done with the first. Antigua isn’t just a destination it’s an experience that stays with you.🌋🇬🇹🐾

Island Vibes & Unforgettable Memories

We had an amazing time at Mahogany Bay Resort & Beach Club, Curio Collection by Hilton in the beautiful La Isla Bonita, San Pedro!

From the moment we arrived, it was pure island luxury. The charm of the property, the warm hospitality, and the beautifully designed villas made it feel like a tropical home away from home.

The Private Beach Club was the ultimate escape white sand, crystal clear waters, overwater hammocks, and delicious cocktails. A short boat ride took us to paradise, and we didn’t want to leave!

Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, browsing the charming local shops, or dining at one of the many onsite restaurants there’s so much to explore within the resort itself. We even had fun cruising around on golf carts as that is the usual way of going around on the island while soaking in the Belizean charm all around.

If you’re planning a trip to Belize, this gem in San Pedro is absolutely worth it. Can’t wait to return to Mahogany Bay and relive the magic!
