Prossedi, Italia (2004). My first trip to Italy, and my first time stepping foot in my mother’s hometown, a medieval hilltop village in the Lepini Mountains, south of Rome. Population around 1,150. Narrow stone streets, centuries-old houses, and a medieval gate with its iconic clock and SPQP inscription. Took me a while to finally get around to pulling these old negatives out of the archive and rescanning them, but I’m so glad I did. 🎞️ 🇮🇹
