I’m truly the worst about posting! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have so many sessions to show from last year but let’s kickoff with this amazing group of friends!

Prom season is officially here and these girls showed up looking absolutely stunning ✨💐

I love getting to capture these moments before one of the most fun nights of senior year. The dresses, the flowers, the best friends, it’s always such a special session.

Reminiscing on my trip of a lifetime last month exploring Sitka, Skagway, and Juneau, Alaska — and wow, what an unforgettable experience. 🌲⛰️

From wandering through misty rainforests to riding a historic train through breathtaking mountain passes, and soaking up small-town charm, every stop was full of beauty, history, and awe-inspiring moments. 🌊🚂🌿

Fun fact, Mark was actually signing Strawberry Wine to Reagan as he spun her around to get her laughing without promoting him to do so. Authentic smiles and laughter are my favorite to capture. It shows how effortlessly they love each other. 💕

About Shaw Photography

Hi there! My name is Abby and I'm an avid nature girl. I love being outside and being around my animals (especially my beautiful Golden Retrievers.) In my spare time I try to spend as much time as I can enjoying the great outdoors and capturing beautiful scenery with my camera.

I've always had a passion for the arts; music, photography, etc.. you name it, I was involved in it. Being able to grow up on a farm and constantly being outside, lead me to my passion for photography, over a decade ago. I’m proud my life long passion has been able to become a business because it reminds me of my grandfather and seeing the photos he use to take, and how special they are to my family. I want to deliver that same feeling in my photography with my clients and ensure that what I’m seeing makes you feel something. The beauty of nature is something I focus on as main elements in my photography. I want my photos to show my passion and the beauty of our natural environment that leads you to "Adjust Your Focus."
