When my friend told me he was buying a ring for his girlfriend , I am pretty sure I squealed out loud! When he asked me to be a part of it, I didn’t have to think twice. When he said it would be in Carmel, my husband and I had tickets booked in less than 24 hours. We take travel pretty seriously! We told Claudia that we had “a wedding” to shoot there. Since Morgan has assisted me before, it was the perfect plan to keep her off the scent. It was only natural that the great idea came from my best friend, . So with my husband in on the secret, we made a couple’s trip out of it! We disguised the proposal as a fun impromptu session on the cliffs. The plan was executed perfectly! The shock and look on her face was priceless. There were tears, joy, excitement, and relief that there was no wedding at all! It was all for her! However, Morgan did twist our arm to play Pebble Peach the next day instead of going shopping. Totally worth it! Thank you so much, Morgan, for inviting me to share and capture this special moment!
