ANNOUNCING THE BOP 26 FESTIVAL PROGRAMME 👀 with an action packed lineup of workshops, exhibitions, artist talks and more taking place across the annual photobook festival weekend / 17 AND 18 OCT 2026, produced by Martin Parr Foundation 🙌
🤓 The PhotoBookMuseum Cologne install an interactive display of unique handmade photobook dummies shortlisted for their Dummy Award 2026
🚐 The Photocopy Club run DARKROOM EVIDENCE, a pop-up zine making workshop taking inspiration from photographer Michel Campeau and his publication Darkroom
✂️ Kitchen Table Photo Club will hold a series of family friendly photography and camera inspired workshops
🚨 An exhibition of Darkroom by Michel Campeau will be on display at Arnos Vale Cemetery, with an exhibition tour on SAT 17 OCT
🌈 Fieldworks install a large format risograph printer for a special Martin Parr riso workshop
🖼️ Dark Tales: British Documentary Photography and the Gothic exhibition will be on display at MPF, viewing hours to be confirmed shortly
💙 Our Martin Parr Timeline exhibition will be on the MPF outdoor stands
🚌 The Fotobus Society returns from Germany with another group of photographers and their handmade collection of photobook dummies
🍻 BOP SOCIAL will be at Miro Lounge, with a chance unwind after a busy first day of the BOP weekend with many of the publishers and photographers
📚 The Kraszna Krausz Foundation showcase the photobooks longlisted for their 2026 book awards
🎙️ A programme of 8 artist talks will take place across the two days, speakers to be announced shortly
🧡 The BOP Community Photobook Table returns, where visitors can leave their photobooks and book dummies for visitors to explore

And of course, we have the BOP 26 photobook fair, with publishers from across the UK and Europe showcasing new projects they've been working on as well as classic works.
As usual Coffee Club will be open to fuel the festival weekend with specialty brews, tasty sweet treats and authentic Argentinian empanadas.
Lost and Grounded Brewers will have a pop-up bar, and we'll have street food with Bristol Eats.
