Al-Mumtahanah | 10
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِذَا جَآءَکُمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ مُہٰجِرٰتٍ فَامۡتَحِنُوۡہُنَّ ؕ اَللّٰہُ اَعۡلَمُ بِاِیۡمَانِہِنَّ ۚ فَاِنۡ عَلِمۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ مُؤۡمِنٰتٍ فَلَا تَرۡجِعُوۡہُنَّ اِلَی الۡکُفَّارِ ؕ لَا ہُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّہُمۡ وَ لَا ہُمۡ یَحِلُّوۡنَ لَہُنَّ ؕ وَ اٰتُوۡہُمۡ مَّاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا ؕ وَ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ اَنۡ تَنۡکِحُوۡہُنَّ اِذَاۤ اٰتَیۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ اُجُوۡرَہُنَّ ؕ وَ لَا تُمۡسِکُوۡا بِعِصَمِ الۡکَوَافِرِ وَ سۡـَٔلُوۡا مَاۤ اَنۡفَقۡتُمۡ وَ لۡیَسۡـَٔلُوۡا مَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا ؕ ذٰلِکُمۡ حُکۡمُ اللّٰہِ ؕ یَحۡکُمُ بَیۡنَکُمۡ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ عَلِیۡمٌ حَکِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۰﴾

ترجمہ مکہ
اے ایمان والو ! جب تمہارے پاس مومن عورتیں ہجرت کر کے آئیں تو تم ان کا امتحان لو (١) دراصل ان کے ایمان کو بخوبی جاننے والا تو اللہ ہی ہے لیکن اگر وہ تمہیں ایماندار معلوم ہوں (٢) تو اب تم انہیں کافروں کی طرف واپس نہ کرو، یہ ان کے لیے حلال نہیں اور نہ وہ ان کے لیے حلال ہیں (٣) اور جو خرچ ان کافروں کا ہوا ہو وہ انہیں ادا کردو (٤) ان عورتوں کو ان کے مہر دے کر ان سے نکاح کرلینے میں تم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں (٥) اور کافر عورتوں کے ناموس اپنے قبضے میں نہ رکھو ( ٦) اور جو کچھ تم نے خرچ کیا ہو (٧) وہ بھی مانگ لیں اور جو کچھ ان کافروں نے خرچ کیا ہو (٨) وہ بھی مانگ لیں یہ اللہ کا فیصلہ ہے جو تمہارے درمیان کر رہا ہے (٩) اللہ تعالیٰ بڑے علم (اور) حکمت والا ہے۔
