I just got done processing some of the awesome images captured two weekends ago, during our 1st annual I’mPossible campaign in conjunction with the R & R youth camp retreat in Liverpool.

Saturday July 30th marked the first ever youth Empowerment Event in Onondaga County called "I'm Possible." Youths ages 6-13 were able to partake in a custom professional photo session with Gina Grullon Photography with empowering words of their choice on their arm. This was as part of their 2nd annual wellness camping experience hosted by Restore & Renew Therapy Services. Their portrait will be displayed as part of the "I'm Possible Event" at the R & R youth camp center. The children’s parents will also have the opportunity to invest in heirloom quality artwork that can be hung in their home for the children to admire and be reminded how special and loved they are just the way they are!

The event was a huge success for its first time, with 11 registered youth from our local community and beyond and several counseling volunteers. The kids were encouraged with an empowering message letting them know that they are possible.

This is a wonderful program for our community as our youth are experiencing challenges many of us have never faced before. We are excited to see this program grow and impact even more lives next year.
