As we have emailed out to all current customers, it is now time to tell you that Ovation Images has announced its' closure. Don Merz is retiring and Shawn Rodgers is moving on to other business. It has been our pleasure to serve Pittsburgh's wonderful newlyweds and venerable wedding venues for the past 16 years. We will miss all of you!

Our beloved Shadyside studio has already been closed. We are simply wrapping up obligations to past clients. The web site will go off the web in early February. Emails to don or shawn at OvationImages.com will still get through to us for the forseeable future.

Over 16 years we photographed roughly 535 weddings, countless charity events, and built a small commercial photography base. In all cases, we are very grateful for your support and have been delighted to be able to pay it forward where we could.
