We’re a Carrickfergus-based preregistration social enterprise looking to make a difference in autistic peoples lives.

Our phase 1goal is simple: create real paid work pathways through local business placements and community events.

We’re launching our first programme in late 2026 and we’re looking for local businesses who want to:
1. Host a paid placement for 6 months
2. Get support with onboarding, training, and retention
3. Make a real difference in someone's life.
4. Staff training on basic sign language and supporting ASD colleagues covered by NeuroLife.
