Series in progress: Milwaukee Riverfront Transformation Photography
I began this passion project 20 years ago which drew my initial interest in construction photography. And which inspired me to found the business name City I Love (2008) to represent my photography.
Capturing the full lifecycle of the historic Pfister & Vogel tannery site — from its demolition as a contaminated brownfield through the early stages of redevelopment into The North End mixed-use neighborhood.
This is the exact type of long-form construction and revitalization documentation I want to deliver for developers, general contractors, and urban planning teams. I've invested significant time and effort into it because I believe high-quality visual storytelling like this adds real value to complex redevelopment projects.
If you're involved in construction, real estate development, or waterfront/riverfront revitalization projects — whether in Milwaukee or other markets — I’d welcome a conversation about documenting your next phase.
