Their last day in Cape Town.
A South African family visiting from the UK, spending the afternoon on an empty winter beach with two toddlers who slowly made the whole place feel like theirs.
The light was harsh, the sky almost too blue, everyone squinting a little but after a while none of it mattered. The kids got lost in the sand, the parents followed along, and the session became less about photos and more about holding onto the feeling of the day before heading home. š¤
