A team is a blessing.

But before you build a team, make sure you can do the work on your own.

There will be days when an assistant isn’t available, someone runs late, or plans change unexpectedly. Your ability to deliver shouldn’t disappear with them.

Build the team. Grow the business. Just don’t forget to build your own confidence and capability first.

With or without the team, the client still needs you to show up.
