This post is for all those people who are using or just started using as the only banking solution. It's a year now since I have started to use this app and I have to agree this application was made by an amazing mind as it's flawless. But what destroys this application is its customer support. Till the time you have no transaction issues, this app is a gem. The day you do have that issue, you'll just wish they had a branch so that you may go there and release all that rage in you and call it 'A Day'. Why? Cause other than AI, no human will respond on the "only" customer support channel in the app itself.
I had faced a fraudulent transaction done by some newborn hacker who managed to take a two digit amount. 3mins after, I lodged a complaint. Since no one responded, I had to create a goal account to shift my money from being transacted leaving out only Dhs1 for disposal. Next day this greedy fraudster was provoking transaction after transaction but to his regret was facing denial after denial due to low balance(wt goes around comes bck around🤘) Now this!! was my own action plan, the team at were still enjoying their 🍺 on the weekend, despite posting about 15 messages to their support channel. Although today I somehow managed to get a human on Customer support helpline after quarrelling with an AI assistant(very rarely found these days, damn you AI!!🤬) by calling on call support, who are the power source of this online banking application. A sound minded lady(I don't mean the rest don't understand. But here, she was the only one who understood me) guided me through her process and successfully lodged a complaint to the seniors of . Couldn't be more thankful of her. As per her, someone would contact me soon!? But I still believe they are crashing out 🍺🍻 since no one contacted.
So here's my experience of the app folks . I don't know about weekdays but if something happens during weekends, be ready for life changing decisions.😏 @ Dubai, United Arab Emirates
