Dubai summer has officially entered its “stay inside with the AC on full blast” era. And that’s exactly why I press pause on outdoor sessions during July and August, because nobody looks relaxed when it’s 45°C outside🙈

So while outdoor sessions are taking a little summer break, maternity sessions definitely aren’t! Home sessions and beautiful daylight studios are the perfect way to capture this special season of your life without melting.

The past months have felt heavy for so many of us. Uncertainty has a way of making everything feel paused for a moment… but life quietly keeps moving forward. Babies are still arriving into this world, families are still growing, tiny fingers still wrapping around their parents’ hands for the very first time.

Every summer, when things become a little quieter, my focus naturally shifts back to the peaceful rhythm of newborn home sessions. Soft mornings at home, slow cuddles on the bed, feeding breaks, sleepy stretches, parents simply soaking it all in. There’s something grounding about documenting these moments when the outside world feels loud.

And if these past months reminded us of anything, it’s how fleeting life really is. How quickly seasons change. How important it is to hold onto the moments that matter while we can.

Because even in uncertain times, these memories are still worth capturing. Maybe especially then.
