I had the opportunity to photograph Hassan Bouadar during his tenure as a VP at FedEx. Previously a boxer, he showed me his collection of boxing memorabilia and recounted stories of spending time with Mike Tyson. His remarkable career at FedEx saw him rise from an intern to VP Legal, regulatory affairs and Human Resources.

He has a terrific sense of humour and came up with ideas for the shoot and went along with some of mine too!

Saad Al Howede, artist photographed for Noor Riyadh.

A trip I was invited to make late last year was a revelation. Saudi Arabia was nothing like what I had experienced 10 years prior - vibrant and exciting with a lot of art being made. Saad Al Howede hosted , and I at his studio and gallery at JAX - we spent a wonderful afternoon making portraits and enjoying his gracious hospitality.
